Dallas Music Academy

The Power of Music at Your Fingertips!

The Dallas Music Academy prides itself in being a music school with a founder and director who holds a Doctorate in Music from the top music school in the U.S., the Eastman School of Music. Quality and excellence in teaching and learning is our goal.

Like many of the world’s best schools, we limit enrollment to 100 students to provide personalized training.
We don’t just teach, we mentor.

Patient and caring teachers tailor lessons to each student’s special goals and learning styles, even students who have special needs. Lessons for children as young as three years old and adults and seniors 80+ years old are offered 6 days a week. Explore our website and let us know if you have any questions. We hope to hear from you and welcome you as a member of the Dallas Music Academy family!

5 Benefits of Being a DMA Student

1. All lessons at one location!

This saves our students time and money, as one family can take multiple instruments on the same day.

2. A highly-qualified teaching faculty.

Our music teachers are dedicated to learning about your personal musical goals and helping you to achieve them. They all possess extensive teaching and performing experience. In addition to their teaching credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely patient, friendly and dedicated to teaching you the style of music that you want to learn in your music lesson.

3. Month-to-month lessons.

We do not require semester minimums for lessons and our monthly tuition fee is one of the most competitive in Dallas.

4. FREE recitals two times a year.

Every May and December, our students have the opportunity to perform in our recitals so that family and friends can hear your child (or you) perform without paying admission fee. Additional recitals are available for those students who would like to develop their performance technique even more!

5. FUN location with tons of things to see and do!

Dallas Music Academy is located inside the vibrant and historic building South Side on Lamar (former Sears Warehouse) in downtown Dallas. Close to our school and inside our building, you will find great shopping, dining and the some of the best entertainment with free concerts, art exhibits, fashion shows and much more. Our location is convenient to get to and with free parking for students.
